# Settings

### Step 1: Create a Smart Bar

At **WooKit Admin**, click on ***Smart Bar***.  Then you can create a new popup or edit an existing one. If you want to edit a popup, click on the ellipsis (...) of the popup --> choose Edit.

### Step 2: Set up Smart Bar Goal

After creating/edit a Smartbar, you will be redirected to **WooKit Smartbar Editor**.

Firstly, We need to choose the Goal for your Smartbar:

1. Collect Emails.
2. Get Social Followers.
3. Target a URL: this is for promoting a specific product or increasing traffic for a page.
4. Make an announcement.&#x20;
5. Product Recommendations

### Step 3: Choose a Template

Next, We will select a Template for the SmartBar. There are various built-in templates available. If being selected, a preview of the template will appear at the right screen:

After selecting a Template, click Next or Design to go to Next step.

### Step 4: Design Smart Bar

Design area allows you to customize the SmartBar content. You can add / edit / delete Smartbar elements and even re-order their position.

You can also upload a Background Image for your SmartBar here.

### Step 5: Settings

Settings Area is more detailed about the way your Smartbar will be shown. You can set SmartBar Position, determine Which Visitors should see it, decide When the smartbar will appear, choose the animation effect, allow/disallow visitors to hide Smartbar, etc...

### Step 5: Target

Here you can setup which pages to show the SmartBar and How long to re-display.

### Step 6: Conversion

At the Conversion setting area, You can setup:

1. Thank you Message after a visitor clicks / subscribes your Campaign
2. Third-party Email Services: WooKit allows you to integrate Third-Party Email Service to your Campaign where you will store your email list.
